Harim is at the forefront of innovation in Korea’s distribution and logistics industries with the development of an urban high-tech logistics complex.
As mobile shopping continues to grow, we introduced the urban high-tech logistics complex system to efficiently manage the increasing demands of urban lifestyle logistics while fostering the growth of logistics, distribution, and related industries. Our Yangjae site has been selected as the pilot location for this project.
Located near the Yangjae IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway and the Gangnam Circular Expressway, the Urban High-Tech Logistics Complex is ideally positioned in the heart of Seoul and the capital region. This location is recognized as the perfect setting for a cutting-edge logistics hub.
We are building a Smart & Green Compact City at Yangjae, combining high-tech logistics, distribution, commercial, and support facilities with an R&D-business foundation. This development aims to improve convenience and quality of life for Seoul residents, addressing the long-standing need for urban logistics infrastructure and establishing a landmark that integrates research, commerce, and logistics.
The Urban High-Tech Logistics Complex will implement a logistics and delivery system centered on e-commerce, utilizing the latest smart logistics systems. With a demand-responsive logistics framework (Logistics 4.0), the complex will integrate Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies like AI and big data.
Through six key initiatives, we will enhance Seoul's global competitiveness by developing a Smart & Green Urban High-Tech Logistics Complex:
