      Video Surveillance Policy

      Harim Holdings (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") installs and operates video information processing devices for purposes such as facility safety, crime prevention, and fire prevention. The Company manages these devices lawfully and appropriately in accordance with relevant laws to ensure the rights and interests of the data subjects are protected.

      1. Legal Basis and Purpose for Installing Video Information Processing Devices

      In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company installs and operates video information processing devices for the following purposes:

      • Facility safety and fire prevention
      • Access control and management of personnel and vehicles
      • Crime prevention for the safety of employees and visitors
      • Prevention of theft or damage to vehicles in parking areas
      • Prevention of illegal entry by outsiders

      Processing Method: Overwritten when storage capacity is exceeded

      6. Outsourcing the Installation and Management of Video Information Processing Devices

      The Company outsources the installation and management of video information processing devices to KSG. In accordance with relevant laws, the outsourcing contract stipulates measures to ensure that personal video information is securely managed.

      7. Methods and Locations for Viewing Personal Video Information

        Submission of a CCTV viewing request form is required.

      8. Actions Regarding Requests for Viewing, etc., of Personal Video Information

      Data subjects can request to view, confirm, or delete their personal video information. Requests are limited to video information in which the data subject is clearly captured, or to video information necessary for protecting the urgent life, body, or property of the data subject. The Company will take prompt actions regarding such requests. However, the Company may refuse requests in the following cases:

      • If it significantly hampers criminal investigations, prosecutions, or court proceedings
      • If the retention period for personal video information has expired, and the data has been deleted
      • If complying with the request could potentially violate the privacy of others
      • Other legitimate reasons to deny the data subject's request for viewing or confirmation
      9. Measures to Ensure the Security of Video Information
      • The Company does not collect video information arbitrarily or use recording functions for purposes other than the installation purpose specified in section 1. Collected video information is managed in restricted areas accessible only to authorized personnel.
      • The Company treats video information collected via video information processing devices as confidential and strictly prohibits unauthorized viewing, replaying, or external release.
      • The Company records and manages details of the use, provision to third parties, viewing requests, and destruction of personal video information. Once the retention period expires, the video information is permanently deleted to prevent restoration.
      10. Notification of Changes to the Video Information Processing Device Operation and Management Policy

      This policy was amended on October 23, 2023. Any additions, deletions, or revisions due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies will be announced at least 7 days in advance via the Company’s website.
