In the livestock sector, the Livestock Integration Act defines integrated business as managing some or all functions of livestock breeding, production, slaughter, processing, and distribution of livestock products.
We introduced and successfully implemented vertical integration in the chicken industry, a management approach typically seen in manufacturing. By combining farms (production), factories (processing), and markets (distribution and sales), we have established a successful model of integrated business.

Harim Group's Three-Stage Integrated Management
Our Three-Stage Integrated Management system begins with breeding top-quality livestock and supplying them to farms. We directly source raw grain ingredients from overseas and produce nutritionally optimized feed, which we provide to farms alongside feed management support. The livestock, carefully raised by our partner farms, are then processed at our facilities, where they are slaughtered and transformed into products. These products are distributed through our cold chain logistics network to retail markets or directly to consumers, ultimately reaching their tables.
